The Wear and Carry course at Spring Ridge Training meets the all state training requirements to apply for a concealed carry permit in Maryland. Our course is comprised of the USCCA Wear & Carry course, a segment from the NRA Basics in Pistol Shooting Course, an overview of gun laws specific to Maryland, and a live fire segment. In order to pass this class, the student must qualify on a B27 target at the following distances: 3, 5, 7 and 15 yards. Shots are timed, ranging from 3 to 6 seconds depending on distance. If you do not have an official B27 target, please practice with 24”H x 20”W homemade target. If you have any questions, please contact us Before registering for this class. Students who do not pass the shooting qualification can repeat the shooting segment after skills improve for a fee of $35.00
